Sean Brereton - Creative Director

Over the last 20 years Sean has been creating and implementing brand and wayfinding solutions for high profile developments worldwide. Initially at The Design Research Unit and then Leslie Jones Architects, before moving to Saatchi and Saatchi X where he led the Destinations team. Sean is a member of the steering group for The Sign Design Society, the professional association for people involved in all aspects of wayfinding and sign design. In his spare time Sean is a keen cyclist and is currently restoring a 1970s VW Beetle (a father and son project).

Sian Kelly - Operations Director

Sian’s previous experience was on the client side in sales, marketing, strategy and innovation. She's worked for a diverse range of organisations including Coca-Cola, The National Physical Laboratory and Innovate UK (the government’s innovation agency), where she was the lead specialist for the creative and digital sector. Sian is the current chair for The Sign Design Society, the professional association for people involved in all aspects of wayfinding and sign design. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, running, yoga and is learning to play the saxophone.
